FREE economy ground shipping on all orders $49 and over. A low flat rate charge of $5.99 will apply to orders under $49 (product total does not include applicable tax). There will be a returns form to return products to Drs. Foster and Smith. Please fill out the entire form. Please include this form inside your return package.
On the front of the invoice there is a return address label. Please place the label on the outside of your return package.
